Once the visitor/user has completed the registration process set by www.dilsamos.gr, he/she will receive confirmation of a personal password and the username that he/she has set.
Members remain solely responsible for all actions carried out under their personal password, username and generally their user account. Members agree to immediately notify “Moustaka Manoliadou Sofia” of any unauthorized use of their account and any actual and/or potential security breach.
Members are also solely responsible for the careful use of their account and their formal exit from their account at the end of each use (Logout). “Moustaka Manoliadou Sofia” is not responsible for any harm or damage resulting from the failure of members to respect and follow this clause. Once the account has been created, its deletion is not possible.
START-CANCELATION OF SERVICES
"Moustaka Manoliadou Sofia" reserves the right to modify and/or temporarily or permanently discontinue part or all of the services of www.dilsamos.gr with or without notice to users/members.
ATTENTION: The member account is automatically deleted after 6 months of non-use of any service. After deletion, the "User name on www.dilsamos.gr (User ID)" is released and can be reserved by any new member.
DURATION
The user/member understands and accepts that “Moustaka Manoliadou Sofia” reserves the exclusive right to terminate the use of his/her access codes to its services and/or to discontinue the provision of its content to users/members it believes have violated the letter and spirit of these terms of use.
ADVERTISEMENT
“Moustaka Manoliadou Sofia” has no responsibility for the user/member’s communication with third-party service providers advertised on www.dilsamos.gr and for any commercial transaction that may arise from the relationship between them.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS – TRADEMARKS

Access to the pages/services of www.dilsamos.gr does not entail any additional cost beyond the applicable pricing regime for general Internet access as established by the competent providers (ISP’s) and is paid to them only.
PURCHASE PREPARATION PROCEDURE – PURCHASE FILE
To purchase products through the e-commerce applications of www.dilsamos.gr, the creation of a customer – member account is required, in accordance with the above (“MEMBER ACCOUNT”) provisions.
Also, confirmation of receipt of the customer - member's order is required, which is carried out by "Moustaka Manoliadou Sofia" sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided to "Moustaka Manoliadou Sofia" when registering as a customer - member and creating his account.
The language of communication with the customer is exclusively Greek. The customer's orders and instructions will be archived by the company and will be kept in its archive for as long as required by the applicable legislation on bookkeeping and data by professionals (C.V.S. - P.D. 186/1992).
SUPPLIER DETAILS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable law, the user has the right to withdraw from the purchase of products through www.dilsamos.gr by sending a statement addressed to the company “Moustaka Manoliadou Sofia” located at 3 Gymnasiarchou Kateveini, Samos, Postal Code 83100, within 14 days of receipt of the products.
PRICE & TRANSPORTATION COSTS – VAT
The transportation costs amount to 4.20 Euros with ELTA, 5€ with Geniki Takhydromiki and 4€ with Speedex for orders within Greece and 24.50 Euros for Cyprus, and are borne exclusively by the customer/member. Shipping costs may change due to special circumstances (overweight, bulky package, etc.) and are finalized with the approval of the customer/user. Product prices include the applicable VAT.
RIGHT TO UNILATERALLY MODIFY
"Moustaka Manoliadou Sofia" reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without notice, the content and information included on the website www.dilsamos.gr and relating to the products available through it.
APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS
The above terms and conditions of use of www.dilsamos.gr, as well as any amendment thereto, are governed by and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and relevant international treaties.
Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from this, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. This constitutes the entire agreement between "Moustaka Manoliadou Sofia" and the visitor/user of the pages and services of www.dilsamos.gr and is binding only on them.
No modification of these terms will be taken into account and will not form part of this agreement, if it has not been formulated in writing and has not been incorporated into it.

The personal data declared in the online store with the trademark "Moustaka Manoliadou Sofia" are used exclusively by it or its cooperating companies, for the purpose of supporting, promoting and executing the transactional relationship.
All documents and electronic data that will be exchanged between the parties in the context of the sale will be kept by "Moustaka Manoliadou Sofia" the customer may have access to them if he wishes, following all the procedures provided for by Greek law.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, the product or products can be returned.
Return instructions
The first change is completely free. Return costs for product exchanges are borne by dilsamos.gr as long as they are sent by Geniki Takhydromiki, ELTA or Speedex courier.
You can replace the products of your choice within 14 days of the receipt. For the exchange, the Returns Form is required, which you submit electronically or print and enclose in the package along with the receipt. To reserve the new product, you can place a new order by writing <change> in the comments or call +30 2273023849, 6983387827 for one of our representatives to reserve it.
The 1st Exchange is Free, excluding products sold at a discount, where all transportation for the exchange of products is at the customer's expense.
In the event of a refund, the refund is made by depositing it into a bank account within two business days of receiving the products. The refund applies to non-discounted items.
You return the products by general mail, ELTA or Speedex with recipient charge. These costs plus the shipping of the original order are deducted from the amount to be deposited. The customer is charged the total shipping costs of the product(s).
The 3 types of return are:
Size change
Products can only be exchanged when a different size or color of the same product code is available.
Credit to your account
Once the return is processed, the amount is credited to the customer account at dilsamos.gr.
The credit:
(a). Can be used for your next purchase at dilsamos.gr.
(b). Can only be used once on a future order within one month of the return.
(c). It is not cumulative with other store credits.
It must be used in its entirety on a purchase that is either equal to or greater than its value.
Refund
In the event of a refund, the refund is made by depositing it into a bank account that you will indicate to us within 2 business days of receiving the products at our location. You must return the products by general postal service, ELTA or Speedex, with recipient charge.
These costs plus the shipping of the original order are deducted from the amount to be deposited. The customer is charged the total shipping costs of the product(s).
Terms and Conditions
The security label must still be intact and attached to the products. The products must not have been worn, washed or modified in any way, and must not show signs of use.
The soles of the shoes must be in excellent condition and have no marks. The products must be returned with all original labels, packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, cases, etc.) that were received.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged or modified or used as an outer box for shipping.
The products must be packaged in the packaging they were received in. Include the original receipt/invoice with the returned package.
In the event of a defective or problematic item, you must follow the instructions above: dilsamos.gr reserves the right to request that you send a photo of the defect or problem with the item before approving the return. Where possible, Dilsamos will repair the defective item.
Products that show any sign of use or wear must be returned to the customer. dilsamos.gr reserves the right to refuse a return of a product that is not approved or is not shipped in accordance with the return policy described above.
In the event of unauthorized or out-of-procedure returns, the item will be returned to the customer at the shipping address indicated on the original order.
If an unauthorized return is accepted, dilsamos.gr will deduct 10% of the transaction value to cover administrative costs.
For any matter not expressly mentioned, the European regulation concerning distance selling prevails.
According to our store's hygiene policy, it is not possible to return or exchange swimwear.
