Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, the product or products can be returned.

Return instructions

The first exchange is completely free of charge. The return costs for exchanging products are borne by dilsamos.gr as long as they are sent by Geniki Tachydromiki, ELTA or Speedex courier.

You can replace the products of your choice within 14 days of the receipt. For the exchange, the Returns Form is required, which you submit electronically or print and enclose in the package along with the receipt. To reserve the new product, you can place a new order by writing in the comments <change> or call +30 2273023849, 6983387827 to have one of our representatives reserve it.

The 1st Exchange is Free, except for products sold at a discount, where all handling for changing the products is at the customer's expense.

In the event of a refund, the refund is made by depositing it into a bank account within two business days of receiving the products. The refund applies to non-discounted items.

You return the products by general postal service, ELTA or Speedex with recipient charge. These costs plus the shipping of the original order are deducted from the amount to be deposited. The customer is charged the total handling costs of the product(s).

The 3 types of returns are:

Size change

Products can only be exchanged when a different size or a different color from the same product code is available.

Crediting your account

Once the return is processed, the amount is credited to the customer's account at dilsamos.gr.

The credit:

(a). Can be used for your next purchase at dilsamos.gr.

(b). Can only be used once on a future order within one month of the return.

(c). It is not cumulative with other store credits.

It must be used in its entirety on a purchase that is either equal to or greater than its value.



Refund

In the event of a refund, the refund is made by depositing it into a bank account that you will indicate to us within 2 business days of receiving the products at our location. You must return the products by general postal service, ELTA or Speedex, with recipient charge.

These costs plus the shipping of the original order are deducted from the amount to be deposited. The customer is charged the total handling costs of the product(s).

Terms and Conditions

The security label must still be intact and attached to the products. The products must not have been worn, washed or modified in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

The soles of the shoes must be in excellent condition and without any marks. The products must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, cases, etc.) that were received.

Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged or modified or used as an outer box for shipping.

The products must be packed in the packaging they were received in. Include the original receipt/invoice with the returned package.

In the event of a defective or problematic item, you must follow the instructions above:

dilsamos.gr reserves the right to request that you send a photo of the defect or problem with the item before approving the return. Where possible, Dilsamos will repair the defective item.

Items that show any sign of use or wear must be returned to the customer. dilsamos.gr reserves the right to refuse a return of an item that is not approved or is not shipped in accordance with the return policy described above.

In the event of unauthorized or improper returns, the item will be returned to the customer at the shipping address indicated on the original order.

If an unauthorized return is accepted, dilsamos.gr will deduct 10% of the transaction value to cover administrative costs.

For any matter not expressly mentioned, the European regulation regarding distance selling prevails.

According to our store's hygiene policy, it is not possible to return or exchange swimwear.
