Dilsamos.gr is committed to sending the products from the distribution center within 24 hours of completing the order, provided that they are available.
For orders where bank deposit is selected as the payment method, the order will be sent immediately after confirmation of the deposit.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from (the following) Monday.
Security
dilsamos.gr insures each order throughout the transport period and until it is delivered to the user. From the moment the user signs for the receipt of the order and then the responsibility is his own.
Transport
Shipping is done by courier. Your order is delivered within 24 hours for the entire Greek territory except for all islands where delivery is made in 2 business days.
Dilsamos.gr is not responsible for delays that are not due to its own fault or due to force majeure.
In the event that the user wishes to have the products delivered to him in a shorter period of time, (delivery on Saturday) an additional charge will be made.

Free shipping for all orders within Greece over €150. Charge €24.50 for shipments to Cyprus.
